Refund Policy and Booking Policy

Refunds are not offered for appointments cancelled within 12 hours of your session or for no-shows.

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you — the space, preparation, and energy is held intentionally and cannot be filled last-minute.

However, client safety, alignment, and energetic compatibility are core values at ZenRN.

If, within the first few minutes of meeting you, Sessa feels you are not an aligned match for her approach or she believes another practitioner would better support your needs:

She will gladly refund your investment in full and refer you to someone who might be a better fit.

Sessa works only with clients who feel aligned, open, and ready for the work — and she wants that same alignment for you.

Booking Policy

To ensure each client receives adequate preparation and intention,

appointments must be booked at least 2 hours in advance.

ZenRN operates on a high-integrity, high-presence model, and Sessa prepares energetically and clinically for every session.
