At ZenRN, your privacy, dignity, and personal boundaries are deeply respected.

Any information you share—verbally, written, or through the booking process—is kept strictly confidential.

 

I do not sell, share, or disclose your information to anyone unless legally required by state or federal laws.

I collect only the information necessary to provide safe, ethical, and effective holistic care, including:

    •    Name

    •    Contact information

    •    Emergency contact (optional)

    •    Health concerns you choose to share

    •    Intake notes

    •    Session notes

    •    Booking and payment details

 

All information is stored securely through encrypted, professional systems (such as Square, Wix, or Acuity).

Your information is used only to:

    •    Schedule and manage appointments

    •    Provide safe, individualized care

    •    Communicate regarding sessions, reminders, or follow-up care

    •    Maintain accurate records for professional, ethical, and legal requirements

 

Your information is never used for marketing without your explicit permission.

4. Professional Confidentiality

Although ZenRN does not operate as a medical clinic subject to full HIPAA regulations, I follow HIPAA-informed nursing standards for privacy, confidentiality, and client protection.

 

Your information will only be released if:

    •    You request or authorize it explicitly, or

    •    It is required by law (ex: risk of harm, court order)

 

5. Reiki, Energy Work & Session Privacy

All Reiki and intuitive sessions are private.

Anything you share before, during, or after a session is held in strict confidence.

Session notes are used only to support your healing and are never shared externally.

 

6. Communication Boundaries

By booking a session, you consent to receiving:

    •    Appointment confirmations

    •    Reminder texts/emails

    •    Follow-up instructions

You will not be added to marketing lists unless you opt in.

7. Social Media & Client Respect

Your identity, stories, and experiences are never shared publicly without written consent.

    •    No photos will be posted without permission

    •    No testimonials will be shared without explicit approval

    •    No identifying details (names, faces, stories) will ever be used without consent

You may revoke photo/testimonial consent at any time
 

8. Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure third-party systems (Square, Stripe, or Wix).

I do not see or store your full credit card number.

9. Minors

Clients under age 18 require a parent or legal guardian’s consent.

Parent/guardian involvement and privacy boundaries will be discussed individually based on the service.

 

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your session notes

• Request correction of your information

• Ask how your information is stored

• Withdraw consent for communication

I will honor all reasonable requests in compliance with Montana laws and nursing ethics.
